The dashboard will show active RFQ’s that have been sent to you from your customer. Clicking on the Project name or number will take you to the Pricing table to see the list of parts and enter pricing information. This pricing table lists the parts that have been requested for quote for a project.
**By default the list will display active (open) projects.
To view information in a closed or inactive project, select View All Projects from the drop-down box at the top of the page.
If your user email is linked to multiple regions, you will have a dropdown option to select to View all projects in a specific region from the drop-down box at the top of the page.
For additional information about a project, click the blue Detail icon in the Detail column to the right of the project name.
On the left side of the screen, you will find additional information about the project as provided by the customer.
Pricing Status
RFQ Status:
Red dot = indicates that zero parts have been quoted in the project.
Yellow dot = indicates that pricing for this project has been started but not completed.
Green dot = indicates that 100% of the parts in the project have been saved or check as No Bid and submitted to your customer.
Blue dot = indicates that the project has been closed or is inactive and no pricing maybe entered or changed.
The % returned also indicates the status by showing the percentage complete.
