Common Error Definitions
Why was pricing not saved and submitted?
- The information required by the customer was not entered.

The data does not fit the format constraints of the field.
- See Pricing Table Fields definitions for the field constraints.

There is a Commodity Constraint error.
- This will only occur if your customer has set a target price and a target range for the price.
- There are issues with the import file.
I get a "Project Under Construction" error when I try to submit the pricing
This means that the customer is in the process of making changes to the Bill Of Materials. Click on the "Email Quote Manager" icon in the icon tray to receive assistance from the Quote Manager.
Why do I get a lot of errors when I try to Import my pricing?
- Ensure that the file you are importing is an XLSX file, and none of the columns have been changed (deleted, renamed, or moved).
- Ensure that all required fields have been filled out in the file (required fields are denoted with an asterisk in the column heading).
- Ensure that the data being submitted is in the correct format required by your customer. (i.e. price must be a number with no more than 5 decimal points, MOQ must be a number with no text, etc.)
- If the problem persists, Click on the "Email Quote Manager" icon in the icon tray to receive additional assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions
I've forgotten my password. Can you help?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the SupplyWin login page. If your email address is registered, a link to change your password will be emailed to you. Note: if your email address is not already registered, you will not receive a password reset link. You can determine which email address is registered by checking the RFQ email from your customer.
How do I change my email and/or password?
Click on the Admin button in SupplyWin to reset your current password.
Click on the "Email Quote Manager" icon in the icon tray to email your customer. In the email, let your customer know which email address(s) should be listed as contacts so that your customer can update the contact info they have for your company.
How do I update my contact information?
Click on the "Email Quote Manager" icon in the icon tray to request your contact information be changed.
When I log into SupplyWin, I do not see the project I need.
Check the region on the RFQ email, and use the login for that corresponding region. The project's status may have been changed. Click on "All Projects" on the drop-down menu to view all projects for that Region. If the project has been closed, you can contact the Quote Manager for assistance.
How do I know if my pricing has been submitted?
The pricing table Status column will indicate the pricing has been saved and submitted with a green circle and white check mark. You can also go to the "Select a Project" tab to see the status, and percentage of parts returned for the project.
How do I view attachments for a project?
Attachments can be viewed at the project level, or the component level. To view project attachments, click on the blue detail button on the "Select a Project" screen. If there are attachments, they will be located in the bottom right corner of the Project Detail. To view component attachments, click on the "Attachment" icon in the pricing table.
How do I submit pricing?
- From the "Select a Project" screen, click on the project you wish to quote (if you have logged in using a link from an RFQ email, you will already be at the pricing table screen).
- You can manually enter pricing by clicking on each field, and enter your data. Any field highlighted yellow, is a required field.
- Once you've entered all required data, click on the "Save and Submit" pricing icon (diskette with a green circle and white check mark). Pricing will automatically be submitted.
Can I export the pricing table to a spreadsheet?
Yes. Click on the "Export Pricing" icon in the icon tray on the pricing table. SupplyWin will automatically prompt you to "Open" or "Save" the pricing table.

When I click on the registration link or project link in the RFQ email, I get an error.
The registration or project link may be wrapped in the email. Copy and paste the entire link into your web browser.
Why does my pricing not save when I try to change it via the web application?
If the status of the project has been changed, you will be unable to save pricing. Please contact the Quote Manager for assistance.
Why do I get an HTTP Status 500 error when trying to log into SupplyWin?
Clear your cache (delete cookies and temporary internet files), close out your window, and try logging in with a fresh browser window.
Can I change my pricing after I've submitted it?
Yes. Just add the new pricing to the pricing field, and click on the "Save and Submit" icon.
Why are there no volumes in the pricing table?
Click on the "Email Quote Manager" icon in the icon tray to receive assistance from the Quote Manager.
I've submitted all of my pricing. Why is the status indicator still yellow?
Some projects may have multiple pages of parts for you to quote. Ensure that you've entered pricing for ALL parts on ALL pages of SupplyWin. Click on "Next 25 Rows" to view multiple pages.
How can I remove a project from the "Active" List?
Once the project has been completed, you can click on the project detail button, and click on the "Close Project" button in the lower right corner of the page. Once a project has been closed in SupplyWin, you can no longer submit the pricing and will have to contact the Quote Manager to re-open it.
Can I print a summary report of the project?
There are several reports available in SupplyWin. You can go to "View Reports" and then select the Pricing Table report
to view a summary of the pricing table for the project.
How do I add more SupplyWin users or delete existing ones?
Click on the "Email Quote Manager" icon in the icon tray to email the quote manager to add/delete SupplyWin Users.
