Request a change or addition of email address:
Each Customer who sends RFQs via SupplyWin manages their own list of approved and authorized supplier contacts. Therefore, if you would like to request a change or addition to the email address that is able to quote, please contact your Customer to request the change. Only your Customer can make changes to their email list for your company.
You can contact your customer directly in a couple of different ways:
- Reply to the RFQ message that came from your customer (easiest)
Or
- Check the RFQ email for a signature block that provides contact information such as an email address or phone number
When you reply to the RFQ email, you will be contacting the RFQ Manager who sent the RFQ. The RFQ Manager email address is also listed in the RFQ email shown here if you wish to create a new message instead of replying:
Once your Customer makes the change and resends the RFQ to your company - any new email contacts will be invited to register using their own unique registration link which will be included in the RFQ email that they receive.
Request removal of email address:
You will only receive an RFQ email or notification if your customer has listed your email address in their system. If you would like to be removed as a contact and have your email address deleted from your customer's system please contact your customer directly. Only your Customer can remove your contact information from their own system.
